Company Information
SpreadsheetWorld has been offering Spreadsheet Aided Engineering courses
since 1995, and was incorporated in the State of California Corporation in
the Centennial Year 2000.
The main office is located in Encino, California with a branch office in
Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Leadership and Mission
SpreadsheetWorld provides leadership in the application of Excel, Visual
Basic for Applications (VBA) and Excel/VBA-based tools to the professional
fields of engineering, science, management and finance. SpreadsheetWorld and
its strategic partners offer a broad array of products and services designed
to fulfill that mission. Through the application of our processes, training
and tools, SpreadsheetWorld clients realize a dramatic and immediate change
in the scope and use of Excel and VBA to accomplish real-world problems. The
scope is broadened and the use is dramatically increased. These changes
provide our clients with impressive improvements in both immediate and long
term productivity.

and data visualization activities. All organizations who employs engineers,
scientists, technicians, programmers, economists, and financial analysts

announcing information about SpreadsheetWorld products and services.
Publications
SpreadsheetWorld employees, alumni and instructors write educationally
oriented articles which are available for publication in professional
journals. These publications are intended to provide instructional value in
the application of Excel and VBA in professional fields.
Strategic Partners
SpreadsheetWorld has developed Strategic Partnerships with other
organizations for the purpose of achieving our mission. These organizations
provide products and services which compliment those provided by
SpreadsheetWorld. Our working relationships are based on the principle that
by working together, we can collectively accomplish more than working
separate. A good example of such a relationship is that which we have with
the Office of Technology Transfer at the California Institute of Technology.
ICEMaker was created in a team collaboration laboratory at Cal Tech. The
rights to commercialize and continue development of this package were
provided to SpreadsheetWorld in exchange for stock in SpreadsheetWorld and
royalties on software sales flowing back into the laboratory which initially
created this software tool. We continue to work together to upgrade and
enhance the product. We also look forward to commercializing future products
for Cal Tech. SpreadsheetWorld has developed software commercialization
projects with several other organizations including Visual Numerics and SEA,
Inc.
